At Geenzee, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the item you received, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Items that are returned damaged, worn, or not in their original condition may not qualify for a refund.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@geenzee.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will share the return instructions with you. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take some additional time to reflect in your account.
We currently do not accept returns or offer refunds on sale or discounted items unless they arrive damaged or defective. For hygiene reasons, intimate wear such as undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged.
